   Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt, Lifecycle Event mgmt, Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt, SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal
  </li>

   Integrations with other HR / recruitment tools like HCM, Workday.
  </li>

   Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards

   Prepare Design / Architecture, review solution with Product owners, developing PoC's

<p>We are seeking a Freshworks Solution Architect / Practice Lead to drive solution design, pre-sales, and delivery excellence for our Freshworks Practice. This role will provide architectural direction, manage customer engagements, and lead the internal enablement of consultants and developers.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Own end-to-end solution design for Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshsales, and other modules.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales for customer demos, proposals, and solution presentations.</li>
<li>Guide implementation teams on best practices, integrations, and architecture decisions.</li>
<li>Develop standard implementation accelerators, templates, and reusable frameworks.</li>
<li>Build and mentor a strong Freshworks delivery team and oversee quality assurance.</li>
<li>Engage with the Freshworks OEM team for joint go-to-market activities and solution alignment.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal enablement programs and certification drives.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>8&ndash;12 years total experience; minimum 3+ years in Freshworks platform (Freshservice, Freshdesk, or Freshsales).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ITSM, CRM, and CX domains.</li>
<li>Proven experience in solution design and pre-sales support.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Freshworks configuration, API integrations, and FDP development oversight.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain custom apps and automation using the FDP SDK.</li>
<li>Build integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with consultants and architects to deliver high-quality implementations.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize configurations, and document solutions.</li>
<li>Build reusable code components and maintain internal best practice libraries.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in software development; 1&ndash;2 years in Freshworks suite.</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Engage with customers to capture ITSM/CRM/CX requirements and map them to Freshworks functionalities.</li>
<li>Configure and customize Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Freshcaller modules.</li>
<li>Design workflows, automations, SLAs, and approval processes.</li>
<li>Integrate Freshworks products with other tools (e.g., Jira, MS Teams, Slack, Azure DevOps).</li>
