We are looking for a motivated IT Admin with around 6 months of experience to help manage and support our IT systems and infrastructure. The candidate will assist in desktop and network support, troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance &mdash; especially in a software or call center environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Install and configure software, hardware, and network devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic network, system, or connectivity issues.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.</li><li>Assist in setting up user accounts, emails, and VPN access.</li><li>Support day-to-day IT operations and coordinate with senior IT staff.</li><li>Ensure data security and help implement cybersecurity best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors for technical issue resolution.</li><li>Handle additional tasks assigned by the Head of IT.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.</li><li>Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).</li><li>Familiar with antivirus, backup, and recovery tools.</li><li>Experience in a software house or call center environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Flexible and willing to provide support after hours when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BCS/MCS preferred).</li><li>Minimum 6 months of IT support experience .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
