EMFI Qatar Group is looking for a EAMS Technican / Maximo Admin (PWA ASHGHAL) with the following qualifications:Qualification:<ul><li>Minimum Diploma in Engineering/EAMS or higher-level qualification in a relevant subject.</li><li>Holder of Accreditation from the Institute of GIS/EAMS/Maximo Institutes or similar would be an advantage</li><li>Current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field</li><li>Knowledge of asset hierarchy, asset types and related asset attributes, for drainage assets base desirable</li><li>Knowledge of asset management standards and best practice (e.g. PAS55, ISO55000), as supported by Maximo EAMS</li><li>Knowledge of systems integration options with information systems such as GIS, CRMS, ERP, or similar system</li><li>Knowledge of MAXIMO system with regards to operations</li><li>In depth knowledge and experience of web-based GIS solutions, primarily ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS using Microsoft C #.Net, Python or VBA preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and in particular Microsoft Excel 2010</li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English essential and Arabic would be an advantage.</li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential</li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred</li></ul>Role/Duties:<ul><li>Collaborate with Asset Management and participate in identifying, developing and tracking improvements in Maximo EAMS functionality and associated business processes and workflows</li><li>Receive, review and resolve day to day questions and issues that may arise from ROMD staff through the use of Maximo EAMS</li><li>Provide support to ROMD staff in the Maximo software application, troubleshooting and end user training in use of Maximo EAMS</li><li>Manage the preparation of data into standard EAMS upload templates and loading the data into EAMS, including Asset Data, PM Plans, Job Plans, Problem/Cause/Remedy Data</li><li>Monitor EAMS data quality and identify user training needs</li><li>Support the training of users on how to effectively use the EAMS system.</li><li>Support the ad-hoc reporting out of EAMS</li><li>Coordinate with Ashghal ISD for planning and implementing software technology or system improvements and enhancements to Maximo EAMS</li><li>Collaborate with Ashghal ISD in supporting scheduled Maximo system maintenance and notify DO&amp;M staff of planned and emergency maintenance of the system</li><li>Represent ROMD Maximo users at systems improvement meetings</li><li>Engage with regional IBM Maximo user groups to keep up to date with current Maximo system improvements and future functionality that may benefit DO&amp;M</li><li>Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures in the workplace and comply to any new work instructions</li></ul>Interested candidate/s may send their CV to hiringemfi2022 @gmail.com ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentPay: QAR12,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MAXIMO Administrator: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar Drivers License (Required)</li></ul>
