Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking to connect with the &quot;DISTRIBUTIOON CLERK&quot; to work for our reputed gas manufacturing company located in DubaiJOB DESCRIPTION1. Receive orders through Emails, Phone calls and Fax and Register regularly on daily scheduled sheet.2. Inform the supervisor regarding all orders received either through fax, emails and phone calls3. Book all the bulk order in oracle and on excel sheet4. Prepare all the delivery notes according to customer request.5. Prepare trip sheets and Gate pass for the delivered items and give to Drivers along with Delivery Notes.6. Follow up of LPOS from customer on regular basis.7. Send emails to concerned departments in case of Price addition, Price change.8. Follow ups of all missing delivery notes which are not received from customer after signing.9. Confirm the delivery notes in system after receiving from customers10. Attach 3 Copies of LPO&rsquo;s along with Delivery notes and hand over to accounts department for invoicing11. Respond to Customer emails regularly12. Receive customer calls in case of any query, and send to concerned department for their immediate solution13. Communication with sales department related to customer related queries.14. Send Distribution service level report to Distribution managers on daily basis regarding every day deliveries.15. Forward Customer orders or LPOs to Operation department in order to make arrangement of Customer requested items.16. Early follow up of Orders through phone calls from Customers for next day early morning orders and make delivery notes accordingly.17. Making of Manual delivery notes and confirm in system after receiving manual delivery note signed copies.18. Sending or receiving Transfer request from and to other branches.19. Preparation of PSR and send to branches along with the requirements of cylinders services.Skills:1. At least three (3) years&rsquo; experience in distribution operation and has knowledge in Garage operations.2. Good acumen in gas industry distribution operations.3. Have strong experience in managing distribution operations.Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point programsJob Type: Full-time
