JOB SUMMARY</p><div><p>
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a critical role in shaping, elevating, and consistently applying Emirates Nature&ndash;WWF&rsquo;s visual identity across all touchpoints. Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Head &ndash; Marketing &amp; Products, the role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into compelling, high-quality visual outputs that strengthen brand recognition, storytelling, and engagement across conservation, fundraising, marketing, digital and product initiatives.</p>
<p>
The Senior Graphic Designer leads the execution and continuous improvement of brand assets, supports the development of sub-brands, and delivers a wide range of design outputs &mdash; from high-level pitch decks and illustrated reports to digital campaigns, social media content, merchandise and event collateral. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting timelines and quality standards.</p>
<p>
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Senior Graphic Designer ensures visual consistency, innovation, and relevance across platforms, while also maintaining disciplined project tracking, task management and delivery metrics. A strong passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of design trends are essential to successfully uplift EN-WWF&rsquo;s brand and support its mission-driven communications at scale.</p></div></div></div><div><div><p>
BACKGROUND</p><div><div>

Emirates Nature is a UAE environmental non-governmental charity, established in 2001 under the Honorary Founder and President H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan as a legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed&rsquo;s vision for the United Arab Emirates. HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Ruler&rsquo;s representative in the Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of Environmental Agency &ndash; Abu Dhabi (EAD) Board of Directors.</p>

We operate with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Fujairah and are governed by a local board of directors.</p>

Emirates Nature works in association with WWF, one of the world&rsquo;s largest and most respected independent conservation organizations. Emirates Nature-WWF has been active in the UAE for two decades and is renowned for its commitment to biodiversity conservation, habitat protection, sustainable development, and community engagement. Some of our flagship projects include marine conservation initiatives to protect coral reefs and marine species, wildlife conservation programs focusing on endangered species such as Arabian oryx and sea turtles, habitat restoration projects in critical ecosystems, and sustainable development initiatives aimed at mitigating climate change impacts and promoting eco-friendly practices across various sectors.</p>

MAJOR DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><div><div>

<li>Support the Associate Head &ndash; Growth &amp; Marketing in updating EN-WWF brand assets on a half-yearly / bi-annual basis.</li>
<li>Support in development of sub-brands and their identities, as needed under the umbrella of the primary brand, under the guidance of the Associate Head &ndash; Growth &amp; Marketing and/or Director &ndash; Marketing &amp; Engagement.</li>
<li>Support the Marketing &amp; Business Development Team in creation and design of various campaign related collateral for EN-WWF&rsquo;s partners and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support the Business Development Team in design of visually appealing and modern pitch decks and presentations for various EN-WWF products.</li>
<li>Support EN-WWF&rsquo;s project teams in creation and design of various collateral such as event invites, case studies, reports, infographics and more.</li>
<li>Support the Social Media Team in collateral creation and design for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube and more.</li>
<li>Support the Digital Team in web, ad, email and newsletter collateral creation.</li>
<li>Support the Product Team in creation and design of event calendars, event promotion artwork and more.</li>
<li>Support the Marketing Team in creation and design of EN-WWF&rsquo;s official merchandise products, catalogues and more.</li>
<li>Support the Management Team in design of high-level pitch decks and presentations under the guidance of the Associate Head &ndash; Growth &amp; Marketing.</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>

Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the desired message. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li><b>Brand Consistency:</b> Ensure consistency in design across all brand touchpoints. Adhere to brand guidelines and standards while pushing creative boundaries.</li></ul>
<ul><li><b>Digital and Print Design:</b> Design digital assets, including social media graphics, website elements and email campaigns. Create print materials such as brochures, posters and promotional materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li><b>Collaboration:</b> Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, web and business development. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.</li></ul>
<ul><li><b>Stay Updated on Design Trends:</b> Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design. Implement innovative and cutting-edge design techniques.</li></ul>
