ob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in the pumps industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide clients with tailored solutions while driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water pumps sector.</li><li>Promote and sell a range of pumps and associated products to clients across various industries.</li><li>Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.</li><li>Analyze client requirements to recommend suitable pump solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (technical, service, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of sales experience in the pumps industry (water pumps preferred).</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors and fluid handling systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (for site visits and client meetings).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
