If you have hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting, repair, and customer support, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware &amp; software issues</li><li>Install, configure, and update operating systems &amp; applications</li><li>Perform laptop/desktop repair, maintenance, and upgrades</li><li>Set up networks, printers, and peripherals</li><li>Backup, restore, and secure customer data</li><li>Provide on-site and in-shop technical support</li><li>Maintain service records and ensure timely completion of tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking basics</li><li>Ability to identify issues quickly and solve them efficiently</li><li>Good communication skills and customer service mindset</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherWork Location: In person
