With a strong reputation for innovation and quality service, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, Security Solutions, and Software markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.</li><li>Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve team performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in IT &amp; Security Solutions, Software, or related industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Cloud Solutions, and Business Software.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>UAE market experience is mandatory; valid UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package with attractive commission structure.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative company.</li><li>Supportive work environment with regular training and development programs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
