 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap: Define the product vision in line with company goals, build and manage the short-term and long-term product roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution &amp; Delivery: Translate high-level strategies into detailed user stories and requirements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agile Leadership: Lead the development process within Agile/Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, grooming, and reviews with Engineering and Design teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product KPIs (Retention, Conversion, Engagement), analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics/Clarity, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 AI Implementation: collaborate with Data Science teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve the user experience (e.g., recommendation engines, smart valuation), and manage the productization of these models.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in digital product management (End-to-end lifecycle management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem and an understanding of ASO mechanics (keywords, store visuals, ratings).
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong interest in or fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to consumer products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Marketing Automation &amp; CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera) and understanding of user segmentation/targeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Proptech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English
 </li>
