Responsibilities:

Lead the team on deck and in the pool</b> - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations</li><li><b>
Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor</b> - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons</li><li><b>
Celebrate student wins</b> - Observe and encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages</li><li><b>
Support families</b> - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for</li><li><b>
Stay organized</b> - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals</li><li><b>

Qualifications:
