What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Sales Center Representative, your primary focus is sales-first and converting inquiries into enrollments while providing exceptional customer service. You&rsquo;ll engage with families through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online chats. Turning interest into excitement and excitement into enrollment!
You will:<ul><li>
Commit to, and consistently be available to, work a defined schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>
Build rapport with prospective families and confidently enroll new students</li><li>
Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism</li><li>
Listen actively to understand family needs and recommend the right program</li><li>
Present pricing, promotions, and benefits persuasively</li><li>
Overcome objections with empathy and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Make follow-up calls and texts to maximize every enrollment opportunity</li><li>
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals</li><li>
Maintain accurate information in CRM systems in a timely manner</li><li>
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support one another</li></ul>
Who You Are:<ul><li>
Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets</li><li>
Positive, resilient, and motivated by competition and rewards</li><li>
Excellent communicator &mdash; clear, friendly, and persuasive</li><li>
Professional phone presence and detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>
Customer-focused with a genuine love for helping families</li><li>
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and multiple platforms</li></ul>
Qualifications
Required:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Prior successful sales experience</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
1+ year of sales or call center experience</li><li>
3+ years of customer service experience</li></ul>
Work Environment:<ul><li>
This is a remote role - work from the comfort of your home!</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).</li></ul>
Schedule:<ul><li>
Part-time position (evening and weekend availability required)</li><li>
Emler Sales Center Hours Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. central. Subject to change.</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>
$15-$17/hour + quarterly bonuses</li><li>
