What to Expect:<ul><li>
Become proficient in your swim instructor role through thoughtful hands-on training alongside a mentor trainer on our proven learn-to-swim methods.</li><li>
Connect and build trusting relationships with your students through weekly lessons, celebrating their progress in the pool.</li><li>
Work a set schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.</li><li>
Work alongside experts to follow all safety standards keeping children, families and staff wellbeing top of mind.</li><li>
Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment are all expected parts of the job.</li></ul>
Engaging Classes for a Variety of Ages!
Our curriculum is designed to support teaching methods for the following age groups:<ul><li>

Starting Teaching Rate: $12-14 per hour
