Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your expertise in childhood development will help guide our curriculum and support each child's individual needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.</li><li>Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills, emotional growth, and teamwork.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all children in the program.</li><li>Provide care for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their unique requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.</li><li>Transportation to and from school.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, daycare, or babysitting.</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.</li><li>Familiarity with special education strategies for children with disabilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of childhood development stages and effective caregiving techniques.</li><li>Ability to manage a classroom effectively while promoting an inclusive environment.</li><li>Experience in toddler care, ensuring their safety and developmental needs are met.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference in the lives of children by providing them with the foundation they need for lifelong learning!Job Type: Part-timePay: $9.50 per hourWork Location: In person
