Position Responsibilities: 
As a Restaurant Server, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by:<ul><li>
Providing courteous, prompt service to our guests.</li><li>
Adhering to Emmy&rsquo;s Steps of Service to maintain consistency in guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system.</li><li>
Demonstrating full knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.</li><li>
Personalizing the guest experience by understanding their needs and offering thoughtful suggestions.</li><li>
Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team.</li><li>
Performing opening and closing duties.</li><li>
Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.</li><li>
Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor during service.</li><li>
Promoting safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.</li><li>
Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>
Position Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1-year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.</li><li>
Experience in excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving.</li><li>
Understanding of responsible alcohol service.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs.</li><li>
Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>
Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.</li><li>
Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.</li><li>
Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing or walking for extended periods.</li></ul>
