The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care<ul><li>Provide bedside nursing care and assistance to patients under the supervision of senior nursing staff.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)</li><li>Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility</li><li>Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Provide hospital support in terms of getting medicines and communicating to NOK.</li><li>Change dressings, manage IV lines, and perform basic wound care.</li><li>Repositioning the client time to time, to prevent bedsores.</li><li>To give medication reminders.</li></ul>Clinical Support<ul><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation</li><li>Observe and report changes in patient condition to senior medical staff</li><li>Assist doctors during examinations and procedures</li><li>Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment</li><li>Collect samples for laboratory testing when required Patient Comfort &amp; Safety</li><li>Ensure patient comfort and maintain a clean, safe environment</li><li>Respond promptly to patient call bells and requests</li><li>Assist with patient transfers and positioning to prevent bedsores</li><li>Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families</li><li>Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification or GDA (General duty Assistant)</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0-2 years of experience in hospital or clinical settings</li><li>Freshers with relevant certification are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of basic nursing procedures and patient care protocols</li><li>Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize abnormal readings</li><li>Good communication skills in Hindi and English and Local Language</li><li>Compassionate and patient-centered approach</li><li>Ability to work in shifts (day/night/rotating schedules)</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for long hours and assist with patient mobility</li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in geriatric care or elder patient management</li><li>Knowledge of chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease)</li><li>Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems</li><li>Additional certifications in specialized nursing care Work Environment</li><li>Hospital setting with direct patient contact</li><li>Shift-based work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and assisting patients</li><li>Exposure to infectious diseases (with appropriate safety protocols)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive work environment with experienced medical professionals</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients&rsquo; lives</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the organization</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates meeting the above qualifications should submit their resume along with copies of relevant certifications to: eldercare.durg@emoha.com,Contact:- +91 70675 27847Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have any kind of nursing/psychology related education background.</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Chhattisgarhi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
