Job Title: Talkdesk Developer Experience Required: 3+ Years Engagement Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Minimum 2 hours per day) Location: RemoteJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Talkdesk Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support, configure, and optimize Talkdesk contact center solutions. The role is flexible and open to full-time as well as part-time professionals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Configure, customize, and manage Talkdesk Contact Center features</li><li>Support Talkdesk integrations with CRM and third-party tools</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve Talkdesk-related technical issues</li><li>Optimize call flows, IVR, routing, and reporting</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations</li><li>Provide guidance and best practices for Talkdesk usage</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to meet business requirements</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>3+ years of experience working as a Talkdesk Expert / Administrator</li><li>Strong understanding of Talkdesk Studio, IVR, Call Routing, and Reporting</li><li>Experience with Talkdesk integrations (CRM, APIs preferred)</li><li>Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>Engagement Details:<ul><li>Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time</li><li>Availability: Minimum 2 hours per day (for part-time)</li></ul>Preferred (Good to Have):<ul><li>Talkdesk certifications</li><li>Experience working in customer support or contact center environments</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FreelanceExpected hours: 12 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>you are looking for Full Time or Part Time ?</li><li>What is your Expectation on Monthly basis?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Talkdesk: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
