Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.</li><li>Perform detailed testing and analysis of financial records, transactions, and systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.</li><li>Develop and execute risk-based audit plans and programs to address identified risks and areas of concern.</li><li>Perform data analysis and use data analytics tools to identify anomalies, trends, and patterns that may indicate potential risks or control weaknesses.</li><li>Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions taken by management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit.</li><li>Strong knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and methodologies.</li><li>Good understanding of business processes, financial accounting, reporting, and internal control principles.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient with MS Office, including Word and Excel, and a basic understanding of data analytics.</li><li>Working towards professional certification (CA/CPA or CIA) preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 22/03/2026
