The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.</li><li>Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities.</li><li>Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Provide product knowledge and support to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>Upsell products and services based on customer needs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance sales performance.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in automobile sales environments.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.</li><li>Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in retail sales or dealership environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
