The Role
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Client relationship management Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of digital clients, acting as their primary point of contact.</li><li>
Digital account ownership Lead full‑service digital accounts, including social media, website activity, content delivery, and campaign optimisation.</li><li>
Strategic guidance Provide best‑practice recommendations, insights, and proactive solutions that support client goals and elevate digital performance.</li><li>
Project oversight Ensure all digital projects are up to date and delivered to a high standard.</li><li>
Commercial growth Identify opportunities to expand services, maximise revenue, and support Account Directors in developing strategic client plans.</li><li>
Client retention Build long‑term partnerships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.</li></ul>
About You
You bring experience managing digital‑marketing client relationships with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset. You&rsquo;re organised, technically confident, and able to stay calm under pressure while ensuring seamless.

The Role
We expect each of our Designers to bring something extra to the table. This starts with you actively engaging with your briefs to get a clear understanding of what&rsquo;s really being asked of you, and where you can push things creatively to get the best results.
You&rsquo;re not only able to interpret the insights, information and esearch given to you in a brief but develop them, expand on them and use them to shape a well-executed creative response.
You can articulate your ideas clearly to your colleagues, with some preparation, you&rsquo;re comfortable speaking intelligently about them to a wider audience. You know what makes your work impactful and you can prove why it&rsquo;s good.
Delivering extra means using your initiative and being confident enough to explore and try out different solutions. You bring this &lsquo;self-starter&rsquo; mentality, along with a willingness to learn new skills and take on unfamiliar tasks. You&rsquo;re always looking to improve further.
We expect designers to be curious about the world, passionate about design, eager to push creativity and happy to get stuck in to support your team. While your work will speak for itself, you&rsquo;ll need the communication skills to build the trust and respect of colleagues and clients.
 Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the team in creating, rolling out and implementing visuals and artwork, as well as animations at times</li><li>Work across a range of materials, in print and digital formats</li><li>Work closely with account managers to gain a full knowledge of our clients,</li><li>Understand brand/visual identity systems, and translates them into quality creative executions</li><li>Take a concept and extend it across any number of channels and outputs.</li><li>Collaborate with creatives across print, digital, film, moving image, animation and copywriting</li><li>Learn and follow the studio systems and processes</li><li>Maintain discipline and vigilance around file and version management

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role is focused on:<ul><li>Supporting day-to-day client communication, ensuring clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Assisting in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met effectively.</li><li>Building trust with clients by being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented, contributing to a positive client experience.</li><li>Collaborating with more senior team members to develop and manage timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure efficient project execution.</li></ul>
You&rsquo;ll be responsible for assisting in the management of accounts, ensuring that client communications and projects are handled efficiently, and supporting account growth by identifying opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction.
Success is measured by your ability to provide excellent client service, contribute to the smooth delivery of projects, and actively support the growth of client relationships.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring clients feel valued and their needs are met, while also contributing to the overall success of the accounts you manage.
Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high-quality client</li></ul>
experience.<ul><li>Support senior team members in managing day-to-day client requests, escalating when necessary to</li></ul>
ensure client needs are met on time.<ul><li>Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, helping to coordinate resources</li></ul>
and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.<ul><li>Assist in preparing client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under the guidance of senior team members.</li><li>Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and</li></ul>
performance is documented accurately.<ul><li>Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, providing assistance in</li></ul>
developing strategies for account growth.<ul><li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and best practice across the agency.
