Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Communicates pricing, programs, and contractual information with grocery chain headquarters.</li><li>
Coordinates and analyzes pricing and programs with suppliers and chain Account Managers.</li><li>
Manages inventory levels for all chain wines to account for programming and trends.</li><li>
Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.</li><li>
Works with supplier representatives to ensure cohesive partnership exists between the Company and supplier.</li><li>
Works trade events to assist with any needs to ensure a successful event.</li><li>
Organizes, updates, and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records.</li><li>
Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.</li><li>
Maintain and deliver monthly chain spreadsheets.</li><li>
This position requires someone who can always maintain confidentiality. Company, account, and supplier information is not to be compromised at any time.</li><li>
Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.</li></ul>
Education and/or Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul>
Computer Skills<ul><li>
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Explorer Internet software; SAP; Diver; Pocket Advantage.</li></ul>

Retail Wine Chain Coordinator - Nashville, TN

<div><div>Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Retail Wine Sales Trainee. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages, and the potential for growth opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Learns and executes the seven basics of Empire: distributions, position, display, pricing, point-of-sale, cold box, and rotation in each account.</li><li>
Travels through assigned territory daily to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, present items for distribution, and handle damages and off-condition product.</li><li>
Quotes prices and credit terms for orders obtained.</li><li>
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.</li><li>
Confers with District Manager to resolve customer problems.</li><li>
Position requires building of displays as well as maintenance of the displays. Coldbox and shelf maintenance is also a requirement of the position.</li><li>
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.</li><li>
Identifies and respond to customers' needs.</li><li>
Maintains frequent and open communication with drivers, driver supervisors, district managers, sales managers and the general manager.</li><li>
Prepares and/or maintains distribution tracking reports, planning and goals, case quotas and dollar objectives and other administrative tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Executes sales plans and maintain accounts according to company standards.</li><li>
Tracks progress of goals on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Participates in supplier work-withs.</li><li>
Continually maintains training and product knowledge.</li><li>
Delivers emergency orders when needed.</li><li>
Attends trade show.</li><li>
Conducts business according to local and state laws.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by District Manager.</li></ul>

TN ABC Wholesaler's Employee Permit</li><li>
Valid Driver License</li><li>
Automobile Insurance - 100/300/50 minimum limits of liability</li></ul>

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems. (Excel &amp; Word)</li></ul>
