POSITION SUMMARY</b></div><div></div><div><br>
We are seeking a Website Coordinator Intern to join our Marketing Team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing ESRT's website content and web pages. The intern will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in keeping the Empire State Building (ESB) and company&rsquo;s corporate websites updated, accessible, and aligned with the organization's branding and goals. This position offers hands-on experience in website management while collaborating with a team of marketing and digital professionals.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist in managing and updating website content, including images, copy, and multimedia, on the ESRT and ESB websites.</li><li>
Write copy and organize details for new ticketing packages on the Empire State Building website.</li><li>
Assist the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day tasks of running a website, including but not limited to building new modules, web pages, and other development related projects with corresponding web developers.</li><li>
Audit the website for any inconsistencies and improve content organization and site structure.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with overall branding and messaging strategies.</li><li>
Conduct routine audits of website pages to ensure accurate information, functionality, and accessibility.</li><li>
Support the monitoring of website performance, including page load times, user behavior, and analytics.</li><li>
Develop and propose ideas for visual and content enhancements to improve user experience.</li><li>
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for website troubleshooting and updates.</li><li>

The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and will work closely with other Human Resources (HR) colleagues. The HR Coordinator will act as a dynamic partner to the organization, and will be readily available to take on new tasks and opportunities to learn as they arise.</div><div>
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the employee lifecycle processes of recruitment, onboarding, engagement implementation which includes execution and strategy, development and training, retention, and offboarding. This position also requires communication and maintenance of employee status changes, updates to employee records, maintenance of electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ability to report on employee data and analytics, and other general administrative duties.</div>
