The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the management of all sales, service, installations, and operational processes and procedures.

Compensation Information: 
$90,000-$100,000 annually plus bonus
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.</li><li>
Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.</li><li>
Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.</li><li>
Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.</li><li>
Lead field sales initiatives.</li><li>
Coaches and develops sales teams.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
At least 5 years&rsquo; operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).</li><li>
At least 3 years&rsquo; management or training experience.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul>
