We're looking for a Technical Services Field Coordinator to serve as the essential link between our products, customers, and internal teams. You'll provide hands-on technical support at customer sites, contribute to product innovation through R&amp;D initiatives, and help manage our raw material operations to keep everything running smoothly.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Customer Support &amp; Technical Assistance</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with customers&mdash;from prospects to long-standing accounts&mdash;to ensure seamless product integration into their operations.</li><li>
Travel to customer facilities to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting issues in real-time.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, maintaining detailed records to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><div><b>
Raw Material &amp; Production Coordination</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee frozen primal raw material inventory, coordinating slacking schedules with internal and external partners.</li><li>
Forecast production needs for both primal and portioning operations.</li><li>
Assist with purchase order generation and resolve any raw material inventory challenges.</li><li>
Support production planning and scheduling as needed.</li></ul><div><b>
Product Development &amp; Quality</b></div><ul><li>
Participate in product testing initiatives, including regular production assessments, R&amp;D projects, and pilot programs.</li><li>
Work closely with management, customers, and suppliers to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions.</li><li>
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that advance company goals.</li></ul><div><b>

Experience:</b> Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in food processing.<br>
<b>Education:</b> Technical degree in microbiology, chemistry, meat science, food science, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br>
<b>Department:</b> Technical Services.</div></div>
