The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic and tactical human resources support to assigned business units in a complex, global, matrixed organization. This role partners with business leaders and managers to align people strategies with organizational objectives, delivering HR solutions that drive business performance, enhance talent development, and improve employee engagement. The Sr. HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, anticipating HR-related needs, building strong partnerships across the HR function, and implementing programs that support workforce effectiveness and growth.</div><div></div><div>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</div><ul><li>
Provide strategic direction and HR guidance to business leaders to support key initiatives and objectives.</li><li>
Serve as the primary HR interface for managers below the most senior leader of a function.</li><li>
Support client group activity in the form of projects, process execution, and general day-to-day HR needs.</li><li>
Influence enterprise-wide decisions and align HR work activities with broader business goals.</li><li>
Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations to broker HR services and solutions.</li><li>
Deliver and execute HR programs, policies, and best practices across assigned groups.</li><li>
Provide input to organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts.</li><li>
Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies.</li><li>
Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, and career development support for managers and employees.</li><li>
Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, including retention, development, and mobility initiatives.</li><li>
Foster strong employee relations by improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention.</li><li>
Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, partnering with legal when needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with global HRBP peers to align HR initiatives and ensure consistency across the enterprise.</li></ul><div></div><div>
QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>
10+ years of relevant HR experience.</li><li>
Strong business acumen with experience influencing leaders at multiple levels.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization strongly preferred.</li></ul><div><br>

The purpose of this job is to provide solutions in direct support of Empower&rsquo;s data strategy. Developing on AWS, and on-premises data stores, deliver high quality, efficient and performant data patterns for consumption by various data warehouses, marts and BI environments. Proficiency in Python, ETL methodologies, SQL and Big Data solutions is critical for success.</div><div>
Design, code, and test software features and components.<br>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements.<br>
Spearhead coding efforts for specific modules or features.<br>
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.<br>
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.<br>

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</div><ul><li>
5 - 8 years of software development experience preferably in a Data related field.</li><li>
Proficiency in ETL development and design using Python, Big Data (Hadoop/SPARK)</li><li>
Strong SQL knowledge, RDBMS experience on any recognized database (Aurora, MySQL, Postgres, Redshift, Aurora).</li><li>
Experience on the AWS platform</li><li>
Understanding of dimensional model and ER designs.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile Methodology</li><li>
 Exposure to Data Warehouse principles.</li><li>
Collaborates with colleagues regarding development best practices and/or data application issues.</li><li>
Advises and works on strategic initiatives to mitigate and/or alleviate core data application issues, including opportunities for process automation.</li><li>
 Operates independently with some latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Completes other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div>
EDUCATION:</div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Information Systems, Mathematics, Software Engineering)</div><div>
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>
3-6 years programming experience in data environments</li><li>
2 years IT in financial or other highly regulated industry</li><li>

Leads a data consulting team and drive data-driven decision making across our organization. The director will be responsible for managing a team of data consultants, data architects and developers, overseeing client engagements, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders on data related projects. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, project management and client engagement.</div><div>
Partner with multiple stakeholders spanning business and technology to look at project delivery from a data perspective, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled consulting and delivery team. Deliver projects and products using the appropriate methodology, learning &amp; iterating frequently. Defining project needs and feeding these into the program/portfolio process to improve the data life cycle looking at all aspects encompassing data publication, data curation, data security and data availability. This role sets analytical direction, oversees delivery of high-impact insights, and advises senior leaders on complex, data-driven decisions. The position balances strategy, execution, and people leadership to advance analytics maturity and align insights with enterprise priorities.</div><div>

EDUCATION:<br>
o Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.<br>
o Master's degree in related systems or business field is strongly desired.<br>
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
o Minimum fourteen (14) years of experience including at least five (5) years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people.<br>
o Hands on experience on AWS cloud services and columnar databases ( Snowflake/Databricks)<br>
o Experience with complex data environments and high-volume data stores<br>
o Experience with multiple products in the space of Business intelligence and data analytics including but not limited to SAS, Tableau, SAP business objects, Alteryx, Qlik, Quicksight, PowerBI etc<br>
o Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages( e.g Python, R, SQL)</div><div>
o Experience with real time data streaming platforms ( STRIIM/Kafka/DMS)</div><div></div><div>
