<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About the Role:</b></h3>
<p>We are looking for a highly experienced <b>Senior Full Stack Developer</b> to join our team, with a primary focus on integrating new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and ensuring our platform remains aligned with ongoing changes and new features from EMR providers.</p>
<p>You will work across our Node.js, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and JavaScript-based stack, identifying integration opportunities, regularly monitoring EMR updates, and implementing scalable, secure enhancements. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can communicate effectively with external teams, understands complex integration requirements, and proactively identifies and implements robust solutions.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>EMR Integration &amp; Monitoring:</b></h4>
<ul><li>Identify and integrate new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems with our platform. Ensure compatibility and seamless data exchange with external EMR systems.</li><li>
Regularly monitor updates, API changes, and feature releases from supported EMRs (e.g., Athena, Epic, Elation).</li><li>
Act as the technical point of contact for EMR integration discussions with partner teams.</li><li>
Ensure all integration work aligns with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.</li><li>
Implement secure coding and data handling practices across all backend and frontend code.</li>
Collaborate closely with the EMR support/implementation teams to align on integration requirements and timelines.<br>

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Full Stack Development:</b></h4>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain application features and fixes using <b>PHP</b>, <b>MySQL</b>, <b>JavaScript</b>, <b>CSS</b>, <b>HTML</b>, <b>React</b>, and <b>Node.js</b>.</li><li>
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end systems.</li><li>
Implement database queries, optimizations, and schema updates when needed.</li><li>
Build reusable components and services to accelerate issue resolution and future development.</li></ul>
<p><b>Issue Investigation &amp; Resolution:</b></p>
<ul><li>Analyze and resolve technical issues related to EMR connectivity, patient data flow, and third-party services.</li><li>
Debug and optimize integration workflows for performance, reliability, and compliance.</li></ul>
<p><b>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing:</b></p>
<ul><li>Maintain technical documentation for integration processes and endpoints to ensure seamless operation.</li><li>
Share learnings, best practices, and a 'How To Use' Guide with internal engineering and support teams.</li></ul><br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:</b></h3>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Technical Skills:</b></h4>
<ul><li>Strong backend experience<b>:</b> <b>PHP (Laravel/Zend), Node.js (Express/Nest.js)</b></li><li>
Solid Frontend knowledge of <b>HTML/CSS/JavaScript</b> and <b>React.js (with Hooks), JavaScript (ES6+)</b></li><li>
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB</li><li>
Working knowledge of lambda functions to check for frequent updates from third party systems</li><li>
APIs: REST, GraphQL, FHIR/HL7 (for EMR integration)</li><li>
Security: OAuth2, JWT, secure API handling, HTTPS, HIPAA considerations</li><li>
DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, basic AWS (EC2, RDS, S3)</li><li>
Monitoring &amp; Logs: Log management (ELK), API performance analysis</li><li>
Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit)</li></ul>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience:</b></h4>
<ul><li>7+ years of full-stack development experience.</li><li>
Strong background in integrating and maintaining <b>EMR/EHR systems</b></li><li>
Prior experience working in <b>healthcare</b> or <b>HIPAA-regulated environments.</b></li><li>
Independently resolved complex bugs, technical issues, or data sync failures across distributed systems</li><li>
Collaborated with cross-functional teams (product, support, EMR vendors) to deliver seamless integrations</li><li>
Maintained and improved legacy codebases while migrating to modern stacks<br>

<ul><li>Strong problem-solving, Analytical mindset, and debugging skills.</li><li>
