The Risk Analyst at Empower Pharmacy serves as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing exceptional service and administrative support to internal stakeholders, brokers, and insurance carriers. This role is responsible for servicing existing policies, processing policy changes, handling documentation, monitoring claims, and assisting with quoting and renewals. By fostering seamless communication between the Director of Insurance Risk, brokers, and carriers, the Risk Analyst ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all insurance risk management activities while contributing to Empower&rsquo;s mission of delivering quality, affordable medications.</div>
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, brokers, and carriers, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service for all inquiries related to policies, billing, claims, and endorsements.</li><li>
Processes and maintains policy changes, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and related documentation with accuracy, consistency, and within carrier guidelines.</li><li>
Prepares, verifies, and distributes certificates of insurance, ID cards, binders, and evidence of property insurance to support business and compliance needs.</li><li>
Manages and maintains data integrity within risk management systems, including LawVu and Risk Management Information System (RMIS), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and audit ready.</li><li>
Supports quoting, remarketing, and renewal processes by gathering underwriting information, compiling applications, and coordinating documentation with brokers and carriers.</li><li>
Monitors claims activity, reports incidents promptly to brokers and carriers, and tracks resolution status while supporting internal stakeholders on escalated service issues.</li><li>
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective communication, timely resolution of insurance matters, and alignment with Empower&rsquo;s operational goals.</li><li>
Participates in weekly meetings, team training, and ongoing development to stay current with market trends, product changes, and compliance requirements.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, 3 and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.</div>
Knowledge and Skills:
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products across multiple lines with proven ability to interpret coverage, endorsements, and policy language.</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in risk management information systems (RMIS) and related tools, with excellent data accuracy, reporting, and compliance documentation skills.</li><li>

Experience and Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, risk management department, or carrier environment with demonstrated success in policy administration, claims tracking, and compliance support.</li><li>
Requires Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.</li><li>
Preferred certifications and licenses include Active Property &amp; Casualty Insurance License; Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC); Associate in Risk Management (ARM).</li></ul>

Acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, the HRIS Analyst enables smarter decision-making, predictive insights, and enhanced employee experiences. By combining technical expertise with forward-looking AI applications, this role strengthens Empower&rsquo;s mission to deliver affordable, innovative medication to 300 million people living healthier, happier lives.</div>
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate system functionality.</li><li>
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary administrator for the HRIS.</li><li>
Lead HRIS upgrades, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting while ensuring optimal performance of HR technology systems.</li><li>
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and implement system enhancements.</li><li>
Provide training, support, and guidance to HR staff and end users to drive adoption and maximize system efficiency.</li><li>
