We handle everything from business registration (LLC/LTD) to store setup, product sourcing, and account management.Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our company&rsquo;s online presence and ad campaigns across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and grow Empowers Zone&rsquo;s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Create engaging content aligned with company goals and brand image</li><li>Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)</li><li>Monitor performance, analyze data, and report results</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to optimize ad spending and ROI</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and eCommerce marketing techniques</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in social media marketing and ad management</li><li>Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Meta Business Suite</li><li>Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing agencies preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills</li><li>Fresh candidates will not be considered</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities in the digital marketing and eCommerce sector</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
