<div>Position Summary:
We are looking for an Armored Van Driver/Cash Courier serve as the face of the company. If you are a professional driver who enjoys interacting with customers and providing service levels that maintain happy and loyal customers, this could be the job for you. Our Drivers operate comfortable, lightweight armored vehicles and places value not only on what work gets done, but also how it gets done.
Major responsibilities are as follows:<ul><li>
Represents Empyreal as a transportation and customer service professional.</li><li>
Maintains positive, friendly, and professional communications with customers, co-workers, and management whether in person, by phone, in writing, and/or through computerized and other electronic means.</li><li>
Safely operates vehicles in a variety of traffic, road, weather, and daylight conditions.</li><li>
Collects, transports, and delivers currency and coin to and from vehicles and client locations.</li><li>
Load and unload ATM machines.</li><li>
Uses handheld electronic devices to scan and track currency shipments and determine vehicle routes.</li><li>
Ensures the safe, accurate, and secure collection and delivery of clients' assets.</li><li>
Maintains communications with designated company representatives. Reports delays, customer service issues, incidents, unusual circumstances, and other important information in a timely manner.</li><li>
Completes documentation and updates into handheld electronic devices.</li><li>
Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.</li><li>
Maintains the vehicle, equipment, and the facility in clean and operational readiness condition.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>
One plus years of experience preferred within a delivery driver, route driver, truck driver, medical courier, messenger, ATM technician, patrol officer, military veteran, secure transport, or security guard position.</li><li>
Working knowledge of navigations tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps is essential.</li><li>
Must be able to maintain basic logs and records and use scanners and hand-held devices.</li><li>
Can be counted on to maintain professionalism, courtesy, respect, and uniform standards.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.</li><li>
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.</li><li>
Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity is of utmost important.</li></ul>

Armored Van Driver

<div>Position Summary:
Our Tellers process cash deposits and provide change fulfillment services while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service for all our customers. The Teller places value not only on what work gets done, but also how it gets done.
Major responsibilities are as follows:<ul><li>
Maintains positive, friendly, and professional communications with co-workers, and management whether in person, by phone, in writing, and/or through computerized and other electronic means.</li><li>
Safely operates cash processing equipment and keeps equipment in good working order.</li><li>
Accurately and efficiently counts and logs clients' deposits into our teller software system.</li><li>
Uses handheld electronic devices to scan and track deposits.</li><li>
Prepares currency/coin orders.</li><li>
Ensures accurate counting and tracking of all vault assets.</li><li>
Ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records.</li><li>
Notifies supervisor/manager of any delays, issues, concerns, or problems in a timely manner.</li><li>
Maintains a clean and orderly teller processing area.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Ability to use a PC with keyboard and bar code scanner, cash processor, coin sorter/coin counter, calculator, copier, scanner, fax, telephone, printer, and other items as needed.</li><li>
Able to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Ability to maintain continuous hours of standing or sitting</li><li>
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch</li></ul>
