OEM Partner Marketing, Account Support &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Manage and nurture relationships with OEM partners.</li><li>Support partner account activities, including deal registrations, rebate tracking, and MDF utilization.</li><li>Maintain partnership compliance by tracking and assigning certifications for partner programs.</li><li>Monitor partner portal requirements and ensure all certifications and accreditations are up to date.</li><li>Act as the bridge between OEM partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.</li><li>Share partner updates, promotions, and programs with the sales team to identify growth opportunities</li></ul>2.Sales Enablement &amp; Performance Reporting<ul><li>Provide the sales team with partner promotions, product updates, and competitive insights.</li><li>Maintain dashboards to track partner performance and recommend improvement strategies.</li></ul>3.Campaigns, Activations &amp; Events<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.</li><li>Organize events, webinars, and workshops with partners and internal stakeholders.</li></ul>4.Internal Marketing Support<ul><li>Assist with the creation of marketing content, newsletters, and promotional material for internal/external use.</li><li>Manage and promote content on Emtech&rsquo;s SharePoint platform to improve employee engagement.</li><li>Support internal awareness campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and training promotions.</li></ul>5.Content Creation &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Develop creative content for Emtech&rsquo;s digital platforms.</li><li>Contribute ideas for blogs, infographics, videos, and social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence.</li></ul>Incentives:<ul><li>Lead Generation Incentive: For every lead successfully passed to the sales team through your direct efforts, you will receive a 2% incentive on the Gross Profit (GP) after all applicable deductions.</li><li>Partnership Improvement Incentive: For any new or additional rebates secured through partnership improvements, or profits obtained from MDF utilization beyond the existing standard, you will receive a 1% incentive.</li><li>Revision Clause: Incentive structures are subject to periodic review and may be revised based on management approval.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Presentation Skills: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Event Activation: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 15/09/2025

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth post-delivery support.
