You will handle both in-person and online customer interactions, support trade clients, and play a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining En Gold's high standards of service.Responsibilities:&middot; Sales &amp; Reporting: Achieve sales growth by meeting and exceeding key performance metrics. Provide regular sales reporting and insights to the team.&middot; Client Engagement: Cater to online sales inquiries from clients across the USA and provide exceptional service to in-person gallery clients.&middot; Trade Support: Review, approve, and assist Architecture &amp; Design (A&amp;D) Trade Clients while nurturing relationships within this key market.&middot; Customer Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with En Gold&rsquo;s offerings.&middot; Brand Representation: Embody and communicate En Gold&rsquo;s aesthetic and ethos in all interactions, maintaining the brand's authenticity and vision.&middot; Passion for Interiors: Have a deep appreciation for interior design and craftsmanship, ensuring customers resonate with En Gold&rsquo;s unique aesthetic.Requirements:&middot; Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the furniture, design, or retail industry.&middot; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse client base.&middot; Experience with sales reporting, achieving growth metrics and handling trade client processes.&middot; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client inquiries.&middot; A strong understanding of interior design principles and a personal alignment with the En Gold aesthetic.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:Sales &amp; Revenue Performance&middot; Monthly Sales Targets &ndash; Achieve or exceed designated revenue targets on a monthly basis.&middot; Average Order Value &ndash; Maintain or increase the average spend per customer transaction.&middot; Sales Growth Rate &ndash; Track percentage increase in sales over time, ensuring consistent revenue growth.&middot; Upsell &amp; Cross-Sell Rate &ndash; Measure effectiveness in recommending additional or complementary products.Customer Engagement &amp; Satisfaction&middot; Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) &ndash; Gather post-purchase survey responses to assess overall satisfaction.&middot; Customer Retention Rate &ndash; Monitor repeat customer purchases and loyalty metrics.&middot; Response Time to Inquiries &ndash; Measure the average time taken to respond to online and in-store customer inquiries.&middot; Resolution Time for Customer Issues &ndash; Track how efficiently customer concerns are addressed and resolved.&middot; Net Promoter Score (NPS) &ndash; Evaluate customer likelihood of recommending En Gold to others.Showroom Presentation &amp; Product Knowledge&middot; Showroom Presentation Score &ndash; Maintain high visual and organizational standards in the showroom, as evaluated through periodic assessments.&middot; Product Knowledge Score &ndash; Demonstrate expertise in furniture materials, styles, and trends&middot; Customer Education Engagement &ndash; Effectively educate customers on product care, styling tips, and En Gold&rsquo;s brand philosophy.Commission &amp; Bonus StructureTo promote a collaborative team effort in working towards company goals, En Gold offers a performance-based commission structure:<ul><li>Commission Rate: 5% of net product sales from manually entered orders.</li><li>Team-Based Distribution: The commission is shared amongst the team based on hours worked within the month.</li><li>Eligibility: Commission payouts are conditional on meeting the monthly sales target.</li><li>Additional Bonus: A $50 En Gold gift voucher will be awarded when a team member is specifically mentioned in a 5-star customer review.</li></ul>Company ValuesAt En Gold we uphold and take ownership and pride of our company core values.Authenticity: Is the foundation of our brand&rsquo;s personality.
