Our offerings also include other digital services such as UI/UX design, software consulting, and digital marketing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding: </li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles like Business Development Executives, Graphic Designers, SEO executives, content writers, developers, designers, digital marketers and interns.</li><li>Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.</li><li>Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes for new hires.</li></ul><ul><li>&#8288;Employee Engagement &amp; Retention</li><li>Plan team-building activities, engagement programs, and recognition initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a positive and collaborative workplace culture.</li><li>Handle grievance redressal and promote open communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Performance Management</li><li>Coordinate quarterly/annual performance reviews and goal-setting.</li><li>Maintain appraisal data, feedback, and development plans.</li><li>Support managers in identifying training needs and career growth paths.</li></ul><ul><li>HR Operations &amp; Compliance</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Ensure HR policies align with company goals and legal requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Learning &amp; Development</li><li>Organize internal/external training sessions for team skill enhancement.</li><li>Encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across departments.</li></ul><ul><li>Culture &amp; Employer Branding</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to promote the company&rsquo;s employer brand on social media and job platforms.</li><li>Support in creating a great workplace experience and showcasing company culture online.</li></ul><ul><li>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven HR experience in a digital marketing, IT, or creative agency environment preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, creative environment.</li><li>Familiarity with digital agency roles (BDE, SEO, PPC, design, dev, content, etc.).</li></ul>You can share your resume at:hr@encantotek.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
