Your artistic flair combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure every arrangement is a masterpiece that exceeds expectations.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.</li><li>Manage inventory by cleaning and stocking flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.</li><li>Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and enhance customer experiences.</li><li>Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions and cash handling.</li><li>Maintain an organized workspace while adhering to health and safety standards.</li><li>Engage in merchandising efforts to display products attractively and effectively.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus, good hand-writing.</li><li>Previous experience in floral design for minimum 3 years</li><li>Retail experience required</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 35 per weekWork Location: In person
