Requirements:

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:<ul><li>
Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children&rsquo;s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.</li><li>
Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.</li><li>
Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role has:<ul><li>
An Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education</li><li>
A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care</li><li>
A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community</li></ul>
Current Opportunity: Our De Pere Center, located at 2000 Lawrence Drive in De Pere, is currently seeking a Toddler Childcare Teacher for the hours of 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
