<div>Position Summary:

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a center or home-based setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time (20-30 hours/week) Behavior Technician to provide services in West Branch, MI. 
Responsibilities and Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Provide quality one-to-one ABA to children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills</li>
<li>Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals</li>
<li>Maintain objective daily session notes</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment</li>
<li>Maintain client confidentiality</li>
<li>Be able to lift 30-40 lbs., run, and keep up with clients depending on their needs</li>
<li>Create a fun, interactive and engaging environment for clients</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology)</li>
<li>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential strongly preferred, if none, training will be provided and required within 6 months of hire</li>
<li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul>

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, In-Person
