<div>Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Architecture Leadership</li>
</ul><ul><li>Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for retail, supply chain, and warehouse management domains.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Translate business strategies into actionable solution architectures and technical designs aligned with organizational goals.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, integration patterns, and modernization approaches (cloud-native, microservices, APIs, data platforms).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Design hybrid cloud architectures supporting migration from on-premises to Azure</li>
</ul><ul><li>Solution Design &amp; Delivery</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and other team members on business development, such as sizing and estimating new opportunities, creating proposals, conducting reviews, and planning engagements.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems within the area of responsibility, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Independently lead a team to facilitate maturity assessments/gap analyses, solution assessment workshops, requirements gathering, design, and end-to-end implementation activities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Architect and design end-to-end solutions covering ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Validate business requirements and conduct solution architecture and design workshops, including documenting functional and integration design, gap analysis, and solution options.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Design application interfaces supporting both current and target state architectures</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with existing onsite and remote teams to ensure architectural consistency</li>
</ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Collaboration</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partner with business leaders, product managers, and operations teams to understand requirements and shape solution approaches.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to ensure architectural alignment and delivery excellence.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and client stakeholders.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Governance &amp; Best Practices</li>
</ul><ul><li>Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and documentation practices.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, and vendor/product evaluations.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.</li></ul> 


Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Domain Expertise:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of retail business processes (merchandising, store ops, omni-channel commerce).</li>
</ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, order management, transportation, and logistics.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, HighJump).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Technical Skills:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Solid experience with Azure cloud platform and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and real-time visibility solutions in supply chain/retail context.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with enterprise platforms covering ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing vendor partnerships.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience working as embedded consultant within client organizations</li>
</ul><ul><li>Multi-team coordination across distributed delivery teams</li>
</ul><ul><li>Change management and team mentoring capabilities</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture roles.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, or SAFe are a plus.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Global exposure with multi-region retail/supply chain implementations preferred.</li></ul></div>
