What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and equipment for fire protection projects.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm pricing, follow up on deliveries, and maintain valuable relationships</li><li>
Ensure order accuracy, including correct parts, best pricing, and availability based on project schedules and team needs.</li><li>
Respond to field requests for urgent or missing items to keep projects on schedule.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.</li><li>
Support project coordinators, managers and field teams with material needs and substitutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Need to Do It:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage various tasks.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Experience with purchasing or inventory management software preferred.</li><li>
Willingness to learn purchasing and material coordination processes.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
