The Opportunity:

As a Fire Sprinkler Installation Technician, you will play a key hands-on role in installing, assembling, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems across commercial and industrial job sites. This position gives you the chance to work on a wide range of systems including wet sprinklers, dry systems, deluge setups, standpipes, fire pumps, and more.</div><div></div><div><br>

Key Responsibilities:
<div>
Most days, you are turning plans, pipe, and fittings into working fire protection systems that people count on but hope they never need. You move between layout, installation, problem solving, and testing, keeping safety, quality, and code in view while the job keeps moving. On a typical project, you will:</div><ul><li>
Install, maintain, inspect, repair, and test wet systems, dry systems, deluge systems, fire pumps, standpipes, backflow preventers, hydrants, and related components.</li><li>
Select the proper pipe type, size, fittings, and equipment based on project requirements.</li><li>
Inspect work sites to identify obstacles and ensure installations do not compromise structural integrity.</li><li>
Coordinate installation and repair work to avoid interference with other trades on site.</li><li>
Cut, thread, groove, solder, and assemble metal and nonmetal pipes including steel, copper, and plastic.</li><li>
Connect pipes using threaded, soldered, grooved, or cemented joints and secure them with brackets, clamps, and hangers.</li><li>
Operate machinery and test systems to ensure proper installation and full operational performance.</li><li>
Follow company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and jobsite rules at all times.</li><li>
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.</li><li>
Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.</li><li>
Travel overnight when required for specific projects.</li></ul>
What You Bring to the Table:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Two to five years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or related mechanical trade experience</li><li>
Knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 14, piping networks, valves, and system layouts</li><li>
Able to operate a Rigid 300 threader, groover, and common installation tools</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings accurately</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Dependable team player with strong work ethic and commitment to quality</li></ul><div><b>

The Opportunity:

As our receptionist, you are the first impression of Encore and the steady presence at the center of a busy, growing headquarters. You are the person people meet before anyone else, the voice they hear when they call, and the calm, organized presence that keeps the front of the office running smoothly.</div><p>
This role blends hospitality, coordination, and communication. One moment you are welcoming a candidate on their first interview; the next, you are routing a call from a customer, helping a vendor find the right contact, or keeping mail, deliveries, and meetings running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

In this front of house role, you keep the office experience running smoothly and help create a welcoming, professional environment for everyone who walks through the door or picks up the phone. You will:</div><br>

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.</li><li>
Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience for all guests and callers.</li><li>
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls, provide basic information, and route calls to the correct team members.</li><li>
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow -up on calls and inquiries.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area.</li><li>
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.</li><li>
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and shipments.</li><li>
Monitor office supply levels for the front office and coordinate reorders when needed.</li><li>
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, including reserving conference rooms and resources.</li></ul><ul><li>
Support calendar coordination and basic travel logistics for leaders as needed.</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to the Talent, Culture, and People team and other departments when requested.</li></ul>
