Job Title: Back Office Executive (Technical) / Technical Executive &ndash; Coordination Location: Ahmedabad Department: Technical Coordination &amp; Administration Reporting To: Director / Management Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Mode: In-person Salary Range: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;45,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for a technically qualified (BE Electrical / BE Mechanical), smart and well-organized Executive Coordinator who can assist Management in technical coordination, office operations, documentation, and communication. Candidate must have good English communication skills and the ability to independently handle tasks, follow-ups, and technical documentation.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with Production, Design, Service, and Purchase departments.</li><li>Understand technical terminology related to electronic weighing scales, weighbridges, cranes, sensors, instruments etc.</li><li>Prepare and review technical documents, inspection sheets, quotations &amp; reports.</li><li>Follow up on production plans, material movement, service updates, and technical enquiries.</li></ul>2. Office &amp; Administrative Coordination<ul><li>Manage daily office tasks, documentation, filing, and MIS reports.</li><li>Prepare letters, technical reports, work orders, and presentations.</li><li>Track daily tasks, follow-ups and ensure timely completion.</li></ul>3. Assistance to Management<ul><li>Maintain Director&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, reminders, and appointments.</li><li>Draft and respond to emails professionally.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination across departments.</li></ul>4. Enquiry &amp; Communication Handling<ul><li>Attend technical enquiries from clients/vendors.</li><li>Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams.</li><li>Provide timely updates and ensure proper follow-up is done.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; MIS<ul><li>Prepare weekly/monthly MIS.</li><li>Maintain meeting minutes, action points, and technical follow-ups.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>BE Electrical / BE Mechanical &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>1&ndash;15 years of experience in technical coordination / production coordination / admin.</li><li>Excellent English communication (written &amp; verbal).</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Professional, disciplined, and capable of multitasking.</li><li>Ability to understand technical terms &amp; coordinate independently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
