Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Trading Floor End User Analyst to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support within our trading environment, ensuring seamless operation of critical trading systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will drive efficient resolution of technical issues, support software and hardware functionality, and contribute to maintaining a robust IT environment that empowers our trading professionals to perform at their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial setting where your technical skills and customer service excellence will make a tangible impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive technical support to end users on trading floor systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.</li><li>437 Madison Avenue, 21st Floor | New York, NY 10022</li><li>6 &ndash; 12 Month RTH</li><li>Need to come out of Financials</li><li>An End User Services (EUS) Engineer at North Rock Capital Management manages global desktop environments ( devices), focusing on system imaging, application packaging, automated deployments via Intune/MEM/PowerShell, and VDI management (VMware Horizon). Roles involve proactive improvements, maintaining best practices, and ensuring high-quality, secure IT support.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Desktop Engineering: Responsible for system imaging, application packaging, and automated deployment using Intune and PowerShell.</li><li>VDI Management: Managing VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.</li><li>Support &amp; Incident Management: Responding to IT requests, incident resolution within SLA times, and user account administration.</li><li>System Maintenance: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting system upgrades (e.g., OS upgrades).</li><li>Infrastructure Support: Assisting with IT infrastructure tasks such as network switch configuration, access points, and server cabinet organization.Desired Skills and Experience</li><li>Proficiency in modern workspace technology (Intune, MEM) and automation (PowerShell).</li><li>Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware Horizon).</li><li>Experience in the financial services sector, specifically dealing with trading environments.</li><li>Strong documentation skills and ability to manage 1,000+ devices.</li></ul>Pay: $35.99 - $43.34 per hourWork Location: In person
