Position Overview
The Director of the Criminal Justice (CJ) Graduate Program in the School of Social Sciences, Communication, &amp; Humanities reports to the Associate Dean. The Director is responsible for leading the strategic launch, growth, and daily operations of a newly designed CJ Graduate Program, which features a soft launch in Spring 2027 and full implementation in Fall 2027. This role includes managing curriculum development, supervising full and part-time faculty, overseeing program evaluation/accreditation, and driving student enrollment and retention. This is an in-person, on-campus position.

Key Responsibilities
Dedicated to Student Success (30%)<ul><li>
Directs graduate academic advising, guiding students from admission through progression and successful completion of their degree.</li><li>
Implements a proactive advising model, including onboarding new advisees prior to program entry and conducting regular progress checks.</li><li>
Collaborates with the Associate Dean to identify, support, and coach at-risk students to maximize retention.</li><li>
Maintains high-quality advising standards to ensure timely student progress through coursework and career alignment.</li></ul>
Contributes to the overall success of the CJ graduate program (30%)<ul><li>
Leads the successful implementation and execution of the new CJ graduate program&rsquo;s soft launch (Spring 2027) and full launch (Fall 2027) in coordination with the Associate Dean.</li><li>
Partners closely with the Homeland Security Graduate Program Director to integrate existing HLS concentration courses into the CJ curriculum and provide seamless cross-program pathways for students.</li><li>
Collaborates with the Director of the Cybercrime Forensics Lab to coordinate the cybersecurity concentration, including lab exercises, simulations, and hands-on training.</li><li>
Drives recruitment, enrollment growth, and student retention initiatives to sustain an 80%+ retention and graduation rate.</li><li>
Manages ongoing program assessment, continuous improvement, and accreditation efforts at the course, program, and school levels.</li><li>
Contributes to the College community through service on school-wide and institutional committees.</li></ul>
Teaches and develops courses in CJ/HLS graduate programs (20%)<ul><li>
Teaches 2 graduate-level courses per year across the CJ and HLS programs.</li><li>
Demonstrates excellence in teaching through strong student evaluations and the utilization of diverse, effective assessment strategies.</li><li>
Develops cutting-edge course content and materials aligned with current industry trends, program needs, and School standards.</li></ul>
Supervises, trains, and evaluates adjunct faculty (10%)<ul><li>
Collaborates with the Associate Dean to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate part-time adjunct faculty within the CJ graduate program.</li><li>
Ensures all adjunct faculty align their courses with Canvas LMS standards and School pedagogical benchmarks.</li><li>
Reviews student course evaluations annually with faculty to implement data-driven pedagogical adjustments.</li></ul>
Increases Endicott&rsquo;s reputation in the field of CJ graduate education (10%)<ul><li>
Maintains an active track record of scholarship and research in criminal justice or a related field.</li><li>
Represents the College and its graduate programs through the presentation of academic scholarship at national and state conferences, seminars, or through peer-reviewed publications.</li><li>

Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>
Ph.D. or terminal degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a closely related field highly preferred; a Master&rsquo;s degree or JD with significant academic leadership and operational experience considered.</li><li>
Documented record of academic scholarship and active participation in national or regional professional organizations.</li><li>
Demonstrated excellence in graduate-level teaching, including experience with online, lab-based, or hybrid simulation models.</li><li>
Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to work across departments (e.g., working alongside Homeland Security or Cybersecurity disciplines).</li><li>
Commitment to inclusive education, social justice, and developing cultural competencies among a diverse, non-traditional, and adult student population.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and technical proficiency, including experience with Canvas LMS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.</li></ul>
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $94,000.00 and $115,000.00. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.

Position Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing the visual communications for the School of Visual and Performing Arts and the Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts. The position designs print and digital marketing materials to promote academic programs, exhibitions, performances, recruitment initiatives, and special events, and manages the School's website and social media presence. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and College leadership, the Graphic Designer ensures a consistent and engaging visual identity across all communications, including the development of the Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) brand.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Collaborate with the Dean, Director of the Center for the Arts, Campus Curator &amp; Gallery Director, Chair of Performing Arts, faculty, and staff to develop creative concepts that support the School of Visual and Performing Arts' strategic marketing, recruitment, and branding goals.</li><li>
Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through production, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.</li><li>
Design print and digital marketing materials, including posters, brochures, postcards, exhibition catalogs, event programs, signage, recruitment materials, advertisements, and other promotional pieces.</li><li>
Oversee the School's presence on the website and create engaging social media content to support recruitment, audience engagement, fundraising, and event promotion.</li><li>
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop integrated marketing campaigns for exhibitions, performances, lectures, admissions events, and community outreach.</li><li>
Prepare exhibition graphics, signage, and installation materials.</li><li>
Maintain institutional brand standards while incorporating current design trends and emerging technologies.</li><li>
Assist in all accreditation processes</li><li>
Maintain and oversee the update of digital files for publicity and archival purposes</li><li>
Attend School meetings and perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Two years of experience in a designing role</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Experience managing websites through a content management system and creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.</li><li>
Strong visual design, typography, branding, and layout skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of print production and digital publishing.</li><li>
Excellent project management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.</li><li>
Photography, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted design experience are desirable.</li><li>
Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule (attendance/representation for events);</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>

Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.</div>
