Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory as travel between sites is required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.</li><li>Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used according to approved drawings and standards.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.</li><li>Ensure site safety and compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.</li><li>Assist in procurement and inspection of materials and equipment.</li><li>Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of design changes, as approved by the client.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a site engineer in interior fit-out projects in UAE.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to travel across sites within UAE as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
