We are currently seeking a licensed Sales Representative with a valid Property &amp; Casualty license to help expand our reach and deliver expert service to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to put your license to work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers</li>
<li>Handling inbound calls from California regarding MBI (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance), in addition to Internet leads</li>
<li>The average close rate is 5 to 7 sales daily</li>
<li>Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment.</li>
<li>Strive to successfully complete a one-call close</li>
<li>Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics</li>
<li>Persuasively educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract</li>
<li>Remain open to constructive feedback, training and mentorship from managers and leaders</li>
<li>Work effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment</li>
<li>Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.</li>
<li>Other duties, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Key to Success:
<ul>
<li>Have an Active Property &amp; Casualty license</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales, preferably in a call center environment</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills</li>
<li>Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Effective problem-solver with strong active listening and rapport-building abilities</li>
<li>Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics</li>
<li>Resilient and adaptable&mdash;able to bounce back from setbacks and stay motivated</li>
<li>Positive, can-do attitude with a desire for continuous growth and improvement</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Computer savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
</ul>
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

Compensation is 100% commission, and the average salary ranges from $75k to $100k+ annually.
