</p><p>Responsible for assisting in performing the assigned maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks on mechanical equipment</p>

in compliance with company procedures to achieve availability and reliability targets. Maintain effective communication with the</p>

Supervisor and Operations Team to ensure reliable, safe, and trouble-free facility operation.</p><br>

<p><b>
Principle Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<p>
</p><ul><li>Assist in performing planned and unplanned maintenance activities on rotating and static mechanical equipment, including engines, compressors, turbines, and pumps.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting and recommend actions to prevent equipment failures.</li>
<li>Handle and maintain tools and equipment used for performing maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.</li>
<li>Create work orders in SAP as directed and relay the required information to planners to update in CMMS/SAP.</li>
<li>Assist with the development of procedures and strategies for improving maintenance programs .</li>
<li>Monitor the performance of all mechanical equipment through daily logs .</li>
<li>Ensure housekeeping and plant cleanliness during / after maintenance.</li>
<li>Follow establish O&amp;M instructions.</li>
<li>Maintain continuous and adequate interaction with the clients and customers as required/designated by Supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow the ERT roles and responsibilities assigned by the site management .</li>
<li>Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Job Skills, Qualifications and Experiences
</b></p><ul><li>Minimum a technical degree in mechanical or equivalent.</li>
<li>0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil &amp; Gas sector.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Caterpillar, Waukesha engines, Ariel, Superior, and Dresser Rand compressors. Familiarity with Solar Mars 100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving and information analysis interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive Maintenance) methodology.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good English commands, written and spoken. Arabic is a plus.</li>
<li>Motivated, team player, able to work within a diverse cultural environment.</li>

Principle Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards</li>
<li>Monitor and record equipment operational parameters in the field, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.</li>
<li>Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor</li>
<li>Support and perform Mechanical and Instrument jobs as directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required</li>
<li>Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to the CRO</li>
<li>Follow stablished O&amp;M Instructions.</li>
<li>Follow instructions from the CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization</li>
<li>Perform troubleshooting to restart compressors after unexpected shutdowns by Supervisor instructions.</li>
<li>Participate in training and reviews of operational procedures, offering basic feedback for improvement</li>
<li>Conduct basic operational and maintenance checks (daily, weekly, monthly) under supervision</li>
<li>Assist in preparing equipment for maintenance, including isolation, draining, and decontamination</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely handover of information to the next shift team</li>
<li>Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.</li>
<li>Able to work at different locations as Operational needs.</li>
<li>Safely handle and top up chemicals, lubricants, and coolants, collecting samples as directed</li>
<li>Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards during and after tasks</li>
<li>Comply with Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and responsibilities as assigned</li>
<li>Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines</li>

<li>Familiar with plant equipment, processes, and all ongoing activities.</li>
<li>General troubleshooting, problem-solving, information analysis, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>General understanding of Plant PFDs, P &amp; IDs, drawings, Cause &amp; Effect matrix, and Fire &amp; Gas detection system philosophy</li>
<li> Basic understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive</li>
<li>Maintenance) methodology</li>
<li>Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required.</li>
<li> Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good English command, written and spoken. Arabic is an asset.</li>
