 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the plant to support production targets. Perform routine operational
 
 
 tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and procedural standards compliance. Communicate effectively with team members and
 
 
 supervisors to maintain reliable and trouble-free operations..
 
 
 Principle Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and record equipment operational parameters in the field, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and perform Mechanical and Instrument jobs as directed by supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to the CRO
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow stablished O&amp;M Instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow instructions from the CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform troubleshooting to restart compressors after unexpected shutdowns by Supervisor instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in training and reviews of operational procedures, offering basic feedback for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic operational and maintenance checks (daily, weekly, monthly) under supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing equipment for maintenance, including isolation, draining, and decontamination
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely handover of information to the next shift team
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work at different locations as Operational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safely handle and top up chemicals, lubricants, and coolants, collecting samples as directed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards during and after tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and responsibilities as assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

 </ul>
 
 Job Skills, Qualifications And Experiences
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum a technical degree in Industrial Processes, Chemical, Petroleum or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil &amp; Gas sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with plant equipment, processes, and all ongoing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 General troubleshooting, problem-solving, information analysis, and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 General understanding of Plant PFDs, P &amp; IDs, drawings, Cause &amp; Effect matrix, and Fire &amp; Gas detection system philosophy
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintenance) methodology
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good English command, written and spoken. Arabic is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Motivated, team player, able to work within a diverse cultural environment, willing to learn

Field Operator I

 Scope:
 
 
 
 Perform all tasks assigned, in a safe and responsible manner within the operating procedures.
 
 
 
 Principle duties and responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Operate and monitor all process equipment's and related maintenance activities as required
 
 
 Monitor operational parameters in the field and routine logging of the same. Identify &amp; resolve abnormalities
 
 
 Shut-down and start up the respective systems as required
 
 
 Interact with Control Room Operator in regards to operational parameters of the area during regular operations, start-ups and shut-downs
 
 
 Take direction from control room operator as per status of plant conditions and keep plant under stable conditions for optimum production
 
 
 Top up oil and cooling systems, monitor on-line chemical injection systems &amp; collect samples as required
 
 
 Perform/support daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and front line maintenance as required
 
 
 Prepare equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, decontaminating and other procedures as required
 
 
 Follow the regular daily, weekly, monthly and annually checks based on the pre-planned schedules
 
 
 
 Perform Equipment Operation And Maintenance Functions As Required
 
 
 
 Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
 
 
 
 Job specifications:
 
 
 
 Technical degree with relevant experience in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or equivalent
 
 
 Good troubleshooting, problem solving, information analysis and interpersonal skills
 
 
 Able to work under pressure and with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
 
 
 Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting &amp; quality of jobs assigned
 
 
 Understand the DCS operations and operational controls
 
 
 Understand the plant PFD's,P &amp; ID&rsquo;s drawings, cause &amp; effect matrix and Fire &amp; Gas detection system
 
 
 Understand the Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive Maintenance) mythologies
