 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Lead and manage all Human Resources functions within the company, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. The role focuses on enhancing organizational performance and building a professional work environment that supports the growth and expansion of the company&rsquo;s business
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company&rsquo;s objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and Saudization programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, review, and update internal HR policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee employee affairs, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personnel files
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise payroll and employee benefits in coordination with the Finance Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources regulations, GOSI, and related government platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement performance appraisal systems and monitor KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture while professionally handling employee relations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Saudi national (Male/Female)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within companies in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working with all relevant government platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership personality combining firmness with flexibility
 </li>
 </ul>
