 We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Procurement Engineer&nbsp;to join our team at Energo-Pro T&uuml;rkiye Head Office which is located in &Ccedil;ukurambar.&nbsp;
 
 
 You will be responsible for managing and executing procurement activities related to the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the company&rsquo;s hydroelectric power plants. The role involves identifying technical requirements, sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective and timely supply of equipment, spare parts, and services in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into procurement specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, spare parts, and services related to hydroelectric power plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate vendor capabilities, and develop a qualified supplier base.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze bids, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial and technical terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all procurement activities are aligned with company policies, budget constraints, and quality/safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost-saving initiatives and contribute to long-term procurement strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulations affecting the renewable energy and hydropower sectors.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering Departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in energy sector (Hydroelectric Power Plants)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Energy Sector preferably Hydroelectric Power Plants
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of technical specifications for electromechanical equipment, turbines, generators,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and supply chain best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office tools and ERP systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and contract management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Result oriented and ability to work with strict deadlines
 </li>
