This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast-paced individual with sales operations experience to join our global team and contribute to our continued growth story.</div><div>

Sales Operations Specialists are client-facing and provide core support to our Sales and Sales Operations teams, ensuring effective and successful client interaction. They are also responsible for regular reporting and reviewing subscription contracts whilst ensuring data integrity of the CRM system.</div><div>

This position will require flexibility and the drive to go beyond the core hours when needed, ensuring we all fulfil our goals. All team members are encouraged to build their professional reputation within the industry and are supported by some of the most well-regarded energy sector commentators. You must be able to work independently, as well as be capable of planning and prioritising to achieve success.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Creating and managing orders and contracts on Salesforce in close coordination with our commercial, finance and legal teams.</li>
<li>Providing guidance and support to sales representatives on deal structuring ensuring compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assisting the sales team with due diligence questionnaires, in collaboration with our legal, product and data teams.</li>
<li>Working closely with, and providing support to, the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales.</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales processes and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Salesforce team to identify issues that require troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Providing recurring and ad hoc Salesforce and Excel reports</li>
<li>Proactively monitoring and maintaining high quality accurate reporting, ensuring everyone is consistently following the business processes.</li>
<li>Overseeing data integrity and updating of Salesforce.</li>
<li>Updating training material on Confluence.</li>
<li>Providing on-boarding assistance to the Sales team.</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce reporting.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable with working on government holidays.</li>
<li>Excellent written skills.</li>
<li>Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel.</li>
<li>Naturally proactive, self-motivated and highly organised</li>
<li>High attention to detail and a keen eye for problem solving.</li>
<li>Professional telephone and communication manner and the ability to interact up to Senior Director level.</li>
<li>Ability to work with a high level of independence and collaborate effectively in a team.</li>
<li>Holds a high level of integrity and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Capable of collaborating effectively with prospects and internal teams.</li></ul><br>
