<div><div><div>GENERAL PURPOSE:</div><div>
Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Services, the Land Administrator will support Energy Fuels&rsquo; mining operations by managing and processing land-related payments, maintaining accurate land records, and assisting with other land administration to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient land management.</div><div></div><div><br>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
</div><div><ul><li>Submitting timely check requests for all land payments including: production royalties, advanced royalties, surface use agreements, and other payments</li><li>
Maintain BLM mining claims, annually</li><li>
Process title opinions and resolve lease ownership issues.</li><li>
Support royalty owner inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Calculate mineral interest, royalty interest, working interest, and net revenue interest.</li><li>
Preparing professional reports for our clients</li><li>
Maintain land database: LandVantage</li><li>
Updating land maps</li></ul></div><p></p><div><br>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:</div><div><ul><li>
Minimum 5-10 years of experience as Landman or related field</li><li>
Education: High School Diploma</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)</li><li>
Strong research skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated</li><li>
Travel: None</li><li>
Part-Time Position: up to 20 hours per week</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Must be able to work at a computer for 4-6 hours per day</li><li>
Must be able to lift 5lbs</li><li>
In-Office role during training period</li></ul></div></div><br>
This role is part-time, typically Monday - Thursday, 4-6 hours per day.
