Preventive and Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of 33kV substations and associated equipment.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, relays, and protection systems.</li><li>Identify faults and perform troubleshooting to restore normal operations.</li></ul>2. Equipment Monitoring and Testing<ul><li>Monitor the operational condition of power transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and control panels.</li><li>Conduct periodic testing such as:</li><li>Insulation resistance tests</li><li>Relay testing</li><li>Transformer oil testing</li><li>Circuit breaker testing</li></ul>3. Fault Detection and Troubleshooting<ul><li>Investigate electrical faults and equipment failures in the substation.</li><li>Analyze root causes of system faults and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to minimize downtime.</li></ul>4. Safety and Compliance<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols during maintenance activities.</li><li>Maintain compliance with regulatory and company safety policies.</li></ul>5. Documentation and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history logs.</li><li>Prepare technical reports related to maintenance activities and equipment performance.</li><li>Update maintenance schedules and operational documentation.</li></ul>6. Coordination and Supervision<ul><li>Coordinate with technicians, electricians, and contractors during maintenance activities.</li><li>Supervise maintenance teams during installation, testing, and commissioning work.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.</li></ul>7. Emergency Response<ul><li>Respond quickly to power outages, equipment failures, and system emergencies.</li><li>Implement emergency maintenance procedures to restore electrical supply.</li></ul>8.
