Job Summary:The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence, patient acquisition, and retention for a chain of dental clinics. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, brand positioning, partnerships, local promotions, and community outreach, ensuring the clinics maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Planning &amp; Branding</li><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization&rsquo;s growth objectives.</li><li>Strengthen the brand identity across all clinics and ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify opportunities, patient trends, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; Patient Engagement</li><li>Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management.</li><li>Drive patient engagement through content creation, awareness campaigns, and targeted communication.</li><li>Manage online patient reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance clinic credibility.</li><li>Business Development &amp; Growth</li><li>Develop referral programs, loyalty plans, and partnership models with corporates, schools, and wellness programs.</li><li>Plan and execute local promotions, health camps, and community awareness drives.</li><li>Support new clinic launches with brand activation campaigns.</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Vendor Management</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across regions.</li><li>Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for campaigns.</li><li>Track ROI and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets.</li><li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li><li>Establish KPIs for patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.</li><li>Generate regular reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proven experience (8&ndash;12 years) in healthcare or service-based marketing, preferably in multi-location clinic/hospital chains.</li><li>Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and consumer engagement.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and implement innovative campaigns.</li><li>Strong network in healthcare marketing and corporate partnerships.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.</li><li>Certifications in Digital Marketing/Healthcare Marketing will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
