Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.</li><li>Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, etc.).</li><li>Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).</li><li>Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply).</li><li>Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
