Primary Responsibilities
</b><br>
The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:<br>
<ul><li>Providing top level administrative support services to the Gulf Coast Regional Crude Trucking office including but not limited to administrative support</li><li>Responsible for handling a high volume of telephone calls and payroll/PeopleSoft input</li><li>Assist with expense report processing, reports and budget preparation, invoice processing, record keeping and maintenance of departmental files, and calendar maintenance.</li><li>Payroll processing for drivers at the Hearne location</li><li>Maintain driver vacation and sick time reports</li><li>Daily driver time-entry and verification</li><li>Schedule DOT Physicals and random drug and alcohol tests</li><li>Process new hire paperwork for the Gulf Coast Region</li><li>Order driver fuel cards</li><li>Type notes for weekly staff meetings</li><li>Order/provide supplies to drivers as needed</li><li>Liaison for all visitors</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Minimum Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must be very proficient in MS Office Suite: MSWord, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.</li><li>Peoplesoft software experiences a plus.</li><li>On occasion, will be required to support emergency response which requires significant changes to work schedule, including overtime and some weekend work.</li></ul></div>

Plan, organize, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate work with employees and contractors to validate the work is completed in a safe, timely, and effective manner</li><li>
Provide budgetary information, schedule work and outages, order materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate needed resources
</li><li>Interpret and utilize drawings, schematics, loading/pump curves, OEM manuals, and other technical resources in the performance of assigned work
</li><li>Effectively and safely use hand tools, power tools, and portable and mobile work equipment in hazardous, classified, and non-hazardous environments</li><li>
Utilize precision measurement equipment to determine dimensions and set operating equipment clearances and tolerances

</p><p>The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for a variety of roles, including facilitating customer inquiries with key stakeholders within the value chain, analyzing various reports to improve Crude Trucking KPIs, resolving order entry issues from our outsourced call center, and troubleshooting data exchange issues within the Energy Transfer proprietary fleet&rsquo;s GeoTab Device and internal dispatching system, Welltrax.</p>

</p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p>
<p>
The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:</p>
<ul><li>Interface with customers, field personnel, and third-party carriers to ensure that load pickups are performed within Energy Transfer&rsquo;s service standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure the successful transmission of order and ticket data between the proprietary fleet&rsquo;s +450 driver&rsquo;s GeoTab devices communicate with the internal Welltrax dispatch system and troubleshoot error messages if necessary</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze various reporting tools to enhance fleet performance: pending loads, daily ticket refusals, audit logs, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Research and resolve order entry issues from outsourced call center to ensure that the ~1,500 daily load bookings are accurate</li></ul>
<ul><li>Update lease master data with correct dispatch information, carrier assignments, and load requirements to ensure that information is provided accurately to the parties within the value chain</li></ul>
<ul><li>Interact with ~25 carriers to ensure the dispatch is accurate, ticket submissions are timely, and performance metrics are communicated</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform test cases for new system or system upgrades</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in the manual ticket reconciliation processes in system outage to ensure that information is received and processed for driver settlement and customer payment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Resolve minor issues with Regulatory, Crude Acquisition, Contracts, and Field Management to address customer inquiries/complains</li></ul><ul><li><br>
