Role Overview: Customer Success Executive
We are looking for a confident and mature Customer Success Executive (Day Shift) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication.
You will manage inbound leads, understand their needs in detail, and coordinate meetings with the internal team when there is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Handle inbound calls and inquiries during the day shift
</li><li>Conduct detailed requirement discussions with prospects
</li><li>Qualify and assess the lead based on need, budget, and timeline

Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, founders, and the tech team to convert ideas into structured documentation.

<ul><li>Work with founders to prepare SOW, timelines, and cost estimation.

<ul><li>Assist PMs during development with requirement clarifications.
</li><li>Validate implemented features before sending for client review.
</li><li>Maintain documentation for QA and development teams.

<ul><li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication.
</li><li>Experience preparing BRD, PRD, SRS, user stories, and flow diagrams.
</li><li>Ability to convert complex ideas into structured documents.
</li><li>Good understanding of SDLC, agile processes, and product workflows.
</li><li>Knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Lucidchart.
</li><li>Comfortable talking to global clients (US/UK/UAE/Australia).
